WPX Hosting Customer Testimonial by Nick Hasche

All right, three-minute review of WPX Hosting. I chose WPX Hosting because I saw it mentioned in a few blog posts. I’m an affiliate marketer. I have various websites specifically in Amazon Affiliate Marketing Space and so I saw reviews in a few of the blogs and I thought I’d check it out mainly because I was so frustrated with my existing provider. I’m not sure if I should say who they are, but Bluehost. The support is absolutely horrible. The whole layout of website, the user experience, all negatives, which is why I was so happy to choose something else, or try something else. It was a good deal at the time and immediately I was impressed and still am to this date. First thing right off the bat that was really good was the website migration. Happened too easily, flawlessly, big tick – easy, it was good. Honestly, I don’t use the support that often anymore these days, but I especially did at the beginning and I still do occasionally and every time I contact support, not only do they reply immediately, but it seems as if instead of following a script, they actually know what they’re talking about. So, you kind of feel like you’re actually talking to a human who understands what you want, not just sort of following sort of a step-by-step process, or recipe which is incredibly frustrating. They’re so good that often I ask them to do things for me which they probably shouldn’t, or wouldn’t do normally. Like ‘Can you just do this for me real quick?’ I can’t think of an example right now, but the point is they go above and beyond to help. Let’s see… Do I get great value from WPX? Yes! Do I enjoy the custom dashboard? Yes! Basically, have nothing bad to say. Honestly I’ve never left to review for anything before and it’s the best hosting experience I’ve ever had. I should say I’ve also tried a separate hosting company to Bluehost. This time I won’t mention them because I feel bad about mentioning Bluehost, but they were fine but again, just not as good as WPX. It’s clear that someone with marketing experience put WPX together because it’s just neat, its organized, it makes sense, it just works well. Yeah, all good stuff. Thanks!
