The potential of superconducting qubits for scalable quantum computing


at this point in time superconducting
qubits are believed to be the most promising candidates to scale up so to
make a significantly larger quantum processor than any other system
available out there and we think that in our lifetime this can be used to tackle
problems such as quantum chemistry so this eventually will lead to the
possibility to synthesize complex molecules for drugs this would be very
beneficial to humankind in general at large
finally the holy grail of a quantum computer would be security that is to
factorize a very large number and this will allow us to change the paradigm of
security and cryptography
