Testimonial Broadlight – Hyve Managed Hosting

Broadlight are a DevOps and cloud consultancy based in Brighton. We help people digitally transform their business through modern methodology such as the DevOps practice and we also help people navigate the cloud environment as well. My name’s Jordan Carter, I’m the solutions awareness manager for Broadlight. That means I handle all of the marketing, all of the events and all of the local partnerships as well. We’re based down here in Brighton although we have offices in Sofia and in Prague. We work with customers and clients who are helping to migrate them onto the cloud, but we also try and speak to people about, sort of innovative technologies and methodologies. We deal with a lot of the larger cloud providers, Amazon, AWS, etcetera, and we found them to be sort of quite hard to deal with if you’re not in the know. With that comes its own sort of distinct challenge, they’re very big organisations and it can be a sort of impersonal service so having someone like Hyve look after our clients customers for us, and provide them with managed hosting gives us a lot of confidence, but it’s also another sort of tool kit in our arsenal as well. Largely before we moved over with Hyve we were with, a sort of unknown sort of service provider, very hard to get hold of anyone, and if there was any sort of technical challenges it could really impact our business. Having someone look after our hosting is really important to us. It means that we can push as much content and traffic through our website and through our blogs as possible without any interruption of service so that’s really key for all of our digital strategies I would really encourage all businesses to talk to Hyve if you’re considering any sort of hosting or managed hosting. I’ve found Hyve to be really approachable, really professional and very down to earth, just really easy to deal with. The best way to get in touch with Broadlight and see what we’re all up to, would be to check out our blog, that’s broadlight.io/blog, or contact any of us on LinkedIn.
