THERE IS THE FULL FIVE K OPTION AND THEN ONCE YOU GET A MILE OUT THERE’S A BIG SIGN FOR A TURNAROUND SO THOSE WHO CAN’T DO THE COMPLETE RACE OR DON’T WANT TO THEY CAN COME BACK AND DO TWO MILES INSTEAD OF THE FULL FIVE. BUT YOU DON’T GETTING BACK TO THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF RUNNING THEY REALLY ARE SIGNIFICANT AND I MEAN THERE’S RUNNING AND THERE’S WALKING LIKE WE SAID IT’S JUST MOVING RIGHT ABSOLUTELY. YOU KNOW FOR INSTANCE AS FAR AS LIKE AN IMMEDIATE BENEFIT IF WE WERE TO TAKE EVERYBODY’S BLOOD PRESSURE BEFORE THEY DID THE RACE WALK OR RUN AND THEN HAD THEM SIT DOWN AFTER THEY WERE DONE MOST LIKELY THEIR BLOOD PRESSURE ALMOST ALWAYS IS GOING BE LOWER THAN WHEN THEY STARTED. SO IF YOU’RE SOMEONE WHO HAS HYPERTENSION OR BORDERLINE OR EVEN JUST THAT ONE SINGLE RUN IS GOING TO LOWER YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE THAT DAY THE SAME THING HAPPENS WITH BLOOD SUGAR SO BORDERLINE DIABETICS THOSE DIABETIC YOU SEE THAT BENEFIT THAT DAY IT DOESN’T TAKE DAYS WEEKS OR MONTHS TO EVEN SEE A SMALL CHANGE SO HAVE YOU SEEN ANY OTHER BENEFITS IN THE PEOPLE THAT YOU KNOW TALK TO THAT THEY PARTICIPATE IN. THEY SAY IF THEY SKIP A DAY OR A WEEK OR SAY THEY’RE AWAY ON VACATION THEIR BODY FEELS THAT THEY’RE READY TO GET BACK TO SO. YEAH. OK. SO ARE YOU HAVE THE RUN IN THE WALK WHICH YOU TALKED BUT THERE’S OTHER ACTIVITIES GOING ON DURING THE DAY. YES. BUT I GOT TO ASK THIS JUST REAL QUICK I’M A COUCH POTATO CAN I DO THIS ABSOLUTELY. ABSOLUTELY I MEAN PEOPLE ARE AT ALL DIFFERENT PACES SOME PEOPLE HAVE THEIR LITTLE KIDS WHO ZIGZAG. RIGHT. SO IT TAKES LITTLE BIT LONGER THAN OTHERS SO BY NO MEANS IF YOU’RE THE LAST PERSON ACROSS THE FINISH LINE AND IT’S YOU KNOW ELEVEN THIRTY AND YOU’VE STILL DONE IT YOU COULD STILL PRODUCE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE STILL GOING TO BE LOWER THAT SUGAR SO COULD BE LOWER AND YOU’RE GONNA FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF DO IT.
