Pissed off GoDaddy customer


It’s regarding Godaddy website Because of Godaddy Web Hosting We lost our 5 year old business in a big time We lost our 5 year old business in a big time All of a suddent after 5 years they are talkig about policies All our websites and server hosting including data has been suspended All our websites and server hosting including data has been suspended Godaddy doesn’t care about our valuable data inspite of a loyal customer They claim and talk about unknown Universal Terms and policies violations Violations are their concerns Because of that they suspended all our services they just sent one email and blown out everything they just gave me 24 hrs time to handle this it was on August 20th when I have received their email But I was not available and I I couldn’t check their email on time After 2 days of suspension, I got to know about this issue I got a call from my employee saying none of the websites are working Then I opened and checked every website AtlastI checked my emails and realized that Godaddy suspended my websites And before that, I got another email from NET CRAFT Some unknown server websecurity company they have also sent me the same sort of communication Netcraft inforomed on email that one of the link is found to be infected and is under phishing stage they informed that they are sending me a warning email to fix it They sent as a warning email and asked to respond If we do not respond on time, they said their action would be to request the hosting company to takedown this website then I have immediately contacted this company I have replied their email I asked them to clarify me what is wrong What did they find to be phishing and asked to check all disclaimers Told them to read complete disclaimers Then they have checked it and replied me They said very sorry and we did by mistake The haven’t found anything wrong and everything is normal And told me that they will inform my hosting company about this mistake and ask the hosting company not to take any action. But Godaddy did But Godaddy suspended my server from their end And they tell me that we have violated Godaddy Universal terms and policies they claim it got suspended due to their own policies They don’t have anything to do with third party companies And nor Netcraft complaints are regardless to them We have about 10 employees We are 5 year old company We have done a lot of work on our websites for the last 5 years a lots of work done on our websites we did seo works and web designing works we bought many premium themes from outside companies I have hosted about 20-25 domains not just my own, there are few known people whoever asked me to host their Business websites everything on our server for for known companies and people websites Because of my server downtime, they all have lost their business emails on our server Lost their web designs yes I didn’t take a backup because I never felt Godaddy will dump me I trusted them a lot I never did any mistake I never faced such major problems never got this much tension in my life Never happened before with Godaddy It had never happened anytime before But not sure if some competitors wantedly tried to complain against may be some one planned out on us I am not sure how did this happen I have never faced this issues before Godaddy will never tell us Just one link which was complained by some other companies I am sure that’s Netcraft who had sent godaddy this email about the link And I am sure this is the only complained company about us to Godaddy Not very sure who else is inbetween to downline my business Netcraft had sent an apologies email and I have forward in detail to Godaddy Godaddy has one department by name HOSTSEC We can communicated to them only through emails only email communication They will never call us back and they don’t give their phone number i tried a lot to convince them about this issues and I have also told them that the day when I have received their warning email I got hospitalized due to medical emergency and I was not available to check my emails I couldn’t check my emails when I am in a Hospital I didn’t even get to know about this warning email Apart from this, Godaddy keep on sending us many advertising emails and Because of these discount offers I bought a server very much in advance I bought a server very much in advance My Virtual private server was supposed to get expired this November 2019 My Virtual private server was supposed to get expired this November 2019 My Virtual private server was supposed to get expired this November 2019 But Godaddy keeps calling us very much in advance asking us to renew the servers they say that our servers are going to get expired and ask us to renew it so that they can provide some good offers and discounts And I got some sufficient money in the month of June I though I will renew it at that time Now Godaddy says that, your account is locked and we cannot provide you any refunds My renewal was done very long back due to godaddy calls it was supposed to start from Nov 2019 and should be good till Nov/Dec 2020. totally I bought 1 year services in advance But that was not activated and this is just september 8, 2019 today But that was not activated and this is just september 8, 2019 today My services got suspended on August 20th Now I cannot use for these 3 months which is from Aug 20th till November 2019 Now my services are completely stopped for existing server Now my services are completely stopped for existing server Now the extended server may be they extend the same server or whatsoever it may be I am not started using the new server yet But Godaddy claims that they cannot give out any refunds I never understand this policies from Godaddy I have gone through all the policies mentioned on their websites Everything points the same only for existing customers When an existing customer wishes to cancel any of their products they can accept and provide the refunds from 24 hrs to 30 days if they raise a request they can accept and provide the refunds from 24 hrs to 30 days if they raise a request they can accept and provide the refunds from 24 hrs to 30 days if they raise a request But I am now no more an existing customer since they have locked and suspended all my accounts and services since they have locked and suspended all my accounts and services They have no where mentioned any refund policies for those customers whom do they cancel from their end They have no where mentioned any refund policies for those customers whom Godaddy suspends a customers account They have no where mentioned any refund policies for those customers whom do they cancel from their end What about the refunds for the customers whose accounts got suspended. One person promises something and the other person says something About the refunds and also the data They all work for the same company but they don’t have knowledge on their own products and policies They all work for the same company but they don’t have knowledge on their own products and policies If they have any internal issues, they should sort them internally and not to delay the customers If they have any internal issues, they should sort them internally and not to delay the customers Imagine that we are running a business with Godaddy for the last 5 years and they don’t have any issues till date they didn’t create any concerns on it for the last 5 years if at all say they have got some issues today could be anything due to any manual mistakes why not they call and inform saying there is a critical issue on your website Unnecessarily they call us for unwanted marketing but when we have critical issues why don’t they call us. we are all doing a business at last. even you are getting paid by us for the last 5 years don’t understand how this Godaddy runs their business dear friends, keep in mind I please you all about this issue Hosting Business with Godaddy is really very bad they even call you and offer unnessary discounts from their customer care they even provide domains on offer sales They play with the users in such a way that you beleive that they are giving you great discounts Who on the earth is getting you offers on a domain. They play with users mind and provide an unnecessary discount codes and make you to purchase If at all you buy a domain from Google, it will be a standard and a decent price from them everytime the price will remain the same with any service provider but Godaddy creates fake prices and gives you discount codes Godaddy offers the same domains which we get from others for INR 800, they make it INR 1400 OR INR 2000 or more Godaddy offers the same domains which we get from others for INR 800, they make it INR 1400 OR INR 2000 or more Godaddy creates a lots of problems in life Godaddy creates a lots of problems in life Stay away from Godaddy.
