-I do want to talk about
“Birds of Prey” though. Where do we start off here
in this movie? ‘Cause you’re no longer
with the Joker. -No. So, in the beginning
of the movie, Harley and Mr. J break up. Harley is the narrator in the
film, and so she tells you that, you know, it was
all on her terms and she’s totally fine with it
when really she’s not, and then she goes through
the usual stages of a breakup — you know, crying into
a pint of ice cream, getting drunk and cutting her
hair, blowing up Ace Chemicals, you know, all the usual.
[ Laughter ] -Yeah.
-The usual things, buys a hyena. Impulse purchases.
That sort of vibe. -By the way, was that
a real hyena or no? You eat a Twizzler with a hyena. -I know,
like “Lady and the Tramp.” We thought
that’d be really cute. [ Laughter ]
-That’s insane. That can’t be, right?
-Couldn’t a real hyena. -No.
-We — It was one of those ideas
that in preproduction — -Did you think about it
for a second? -Oh, for sure. No, we looked — we went to go visit a hyena.
His name was Fonzey. Fonzey lives in California, and
he had appeared in a few things, and we went to go see him
and then quickly realized that it was going to be
near impossible to shoot with an actual hyena. Turns out they’re
very dangerous. [ Laughter ]
-Yeah, I would think so. Yeah, especially if you’re going
to eat a Twizzler out of — -Yeah, if we were going to do
“Lady and the Tramp.” -“Lady and the Tramp”
with a hyena, no. -Yeah, they were like — -So it’s CGI instead of — -Yes, but we kind of found
a middle ground ’cause I didn’t want it to be
like a guy in a green suit sort of thing ’cause on “Tarzan”
that’s what we did, and it was a lot of weird
encounters watching Alex, like, rolling around on the ground,
nuzzling with a dude. [ Laughter ] It’s just weird. -Yeah, and his tennis ball.
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, no. -Yeah, suspension of disbelief
kind of goes out the window. So we hired a really big dog. Really, really big dog, and then CGI’d its fur
to look like a hyena. It was a happy medium. -Before we watch the clip, we — downstairs we have
Magnolia Bakery, which makes amazing cupcakes,
and also banana pudding. -The best.
-And it’s the best. -And they’re doing — I know.
I heard about this. -You did?
-Yes. -They’re doing one for you.
-I know, I heard about this. -It’s called Pink Puddin’.
Did you see this? Pink Puddin’.
It’s right downstairs. So I thought —
Have you tried it yet? -No, but I’ve got two days
in New York and I was like, “I have –”
Thank you. -Yes.
[ Laughter ] -Literally, I wanted to do this
while I was here. This is perfect. -This is banana pudding.
This is the best thing ever. Alright, we’re gonna
have to try it. Let’s try a little bite.
-Thank you, Jimmy. -Oh, please. ♪♪ -Mmm. -I just gained two pounds.
-That’s seriously good. -Just from that.
[ Laughter ] -Oh, my God.
That’s seriously good. -Banana bread —
that’s pink banana bread — and bananas and whipped cream. Oh, my God
and pudding is just — Okay, let’s watch the clip.
-It’s so creamy. -It’s fantastic.
-It’s so creamy. -Cheers, bud.
-Cheers. -Here’s Margot Robbie
in “Birds of Prey.” Take a look. ♪♪ -Whoa! [ Grunting ] ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ -Yeah! That is how you do it! [ Cheers and applause ] That is how you do it! Margot Robbie, “Birds of Prey”!
