Reliable and Fast Web Hosting
Thanks for this helpful video.
Another great guide, I would enable ssl even without a valid cert you could still bypass or add exception in your browser. Also your wan IP changes and when it does you will lose remote access. To resolve this use a dynamic ip domain service or cloudflare free dns if you have a domain already, update cloudflare dns records via api script.
very nice and Happy new, Miguel, cheers.
Man I would love to know how to set the SSL and how to make it possible to connect from outside the network when public IP is dynamic.
Thank you so much! Everything is working. Hoping your hppts adaption is coming soon! Must be a 'hot patato' with dietpi install.
Thank you, 3 days I try to find how I can do for make a little cloud system for my School (5 professors need that).

Sir!the data storage of 105GB on samsung mobiles from Onedrive is for limited time or for life time?
How do I get it to work with the android app??
How can i see the free space on harddrive after? how can i check this? there is a tool for that?
Thank you very much for this tutorial
I used your older tutorial to install OwnCloud 10 on my existing installation of Raspbian Stretch. It worked perfectly and I really liked the optional part, where you mounted the drive based on UUID. I learned a lot from it. I mounted a second drive, which I use to hold my Git repositories, in a similar way. Since the comments are turned off there, I came here to thank you for that very helpful tutorial.
One of the best tutorials around. Thanks!
Just to let you know your ip address is being shown
If you just use a regular SDcard , would it still work?? I just need around 10GB of storage online.
Thank you very much !
Thank you I appreciate it a lot got my port forwarding to work because of you.
I like how you skipped the part where you go Putty and get the login prompt without explaining how to get there.
I love this video. Clear voice, video and straight to the point presentation
thanks for the video! Do you know how I can add a second user account? it does not work in the user section of owncloud..
i am struck in login page of own cloud error cant create or write into the data directory/mnt/ownclouddrive, pls help to slove this
use letsencypt for SSL encryption it´s for free ^^
Well done video Miguel . Thank you for the clear and concise instructions.
Many thanks, a most usful tutorial and , for me, an intro to DietPi.
What would happen if you connect a harddrive or USB that already has data installed?
Hi , when a connect to my server with my public ip adress it says : Rejected request from RFC1918 IP to public server addressI have made research and I found that my router is blocking certain port (like the 80), so i can not open port 80.Is it possible to change the port owncloud is using ? thanks
Hi, very nice information. But, can i use WiFi connection instead ethernet cable when i start installing owncloud?
really good tutorial, although the install got stuck at the end with some mariadb issue.
well, NTFS or Fat32?
whats the name of the cable with which you connect the external drive with raspberry pi?
Does not work, like all the other tutorials on the net
owncloud disappaers of 4:08 of the video.
What about DynDNS Service. Does it work just to set the DNS-URL instead of the public IP?
When you mounted the drive based on UUID, do I have to do it? and why?
Who is the idiot who built the DietPi website the colors burn my eyes so bad I cant even focus to see the Download links you have a cut and paste link to the Raspberry pi image?
THIS NO LONGER WORKS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FOLKS
Thought this tutorial was to AvoidErrors ownCloud is no longer on the list you need to remove this video as not to waste peoples time.Nextcloud is on the list…. NOT ownCloud
why i don't have owncloud appears on list?, thx for tuto. i do search a solution. i find, is not buster version but Stretch.
This tutorial is out of date, their is no own cloud option under the cloud installation selection menu anymore.
