This is the process to provision a Yealink phone with a Jive Hosted PBX. The first step is to set up the phone in Jive. In the devices area of the Jive administrator click on the Wizard button and select the user and extension number for the phone. Under the hardware settings enter the MAC address and model of the phone then click OK. Next you will need to determine the IP address of the phone. The process do this will vary depending on the model of the phone but is usually available if you select the Menu button and then Status. Enter the IP address into a web browser. Default username and password for Yealink phone are admin and admin. The exact interface may also vary depending on the phone model but you will need to select the option either for Phone or for Settings. Then select the Auto Provision option and in the box for Provisioning Server enter the URL for your Jive provisioning which will be in this format. You will need to replace the domain part of the URL with your specific Jive URL that is visible in the address bar of the Jive administration page and also on the dashboard. Click Confirm at the bottom of the screen then click on the Upgrade option. Then click the Reboot button to restart the phone so it will download its new configuration.
