hosting it’s very common for people wanting to buy their domain name
separate from their hosting provider some common reasons why consists of
costs are wanting full control over your domain name when you purchase a domain
name that isn’t with your hosting provider you will need to point your
name servers from your hosting provider to your domain provider once you
purchase your hosting with a provider you’ll be provided with name servers in
which you will need a point to domain provider in this case you will be
pointing your domain name from GoDaddy to Hostgator to get started we need your
Hostgator name servers you can find your Hostgator name servers by going to the
