I just tried out Answer the Public (which is great btw) and I noticed that if you have the free chrome extention Keyword Everywhere installed on your browser it will actually show you the search volume and competition rating of every result on the Answer the Public website. It can save you a whole big step of then checking each keyword in Google.

Quora is all time good but i doubt how long it will last. I have seen Yahoo answers, ezine articles on same level like quora in past. Now they are nowhere.
